4. Crack Repair
Apply elastomeric coating to large cracks in wood or stucco for flexible, waterproof sealing. (Extensive cracks may need additional repair.)

Caulk all joints and seams around trim, fascia, and between stucco and drywall at patio areas to prevent cracking or water entry. Severe or damaged areas may require extra repair.

7. Complete Exterior Painting
Apply Dunn Edwards “Evershield” paint to all approved areas, including ext walls, fascia, trim, doors, garage doors, and front fencing.

Warranty Summary:
10-Year Dunn-Edwards EverShield Warranty
Covers peeling/flaking paint applied by BGB (excluding foundations ≤3ft from ground).
Warranty transfers to new homeowner.
Payment Terms:
50% Deposit to start
50% Due upon completion
