1. Pressure Washing
Thoroughly pressure wash all exterior surfaces to remove dirt, dust, and debris, ensuring proper paint adhesion.

2. Foundation Prep/Repair
Pull back rocks or soil 2–3 inches from the home’s base to prevent moisture. Seal visible cracks with elastomeric caulk for lasting protection. (Extra charges may apply for major repairs.)

3. Paint Scraping
Remove all loose or peeling paint from walls, fascia, and trim to create a smooth surface. (Severe paint failure may require extra prep.)

4. Crack Repair
Apply elastomeric coating to large cracks in wood or stucco for flexible, waterproof sealing. (Extensive cracks may need additional repair.)

5. Caulking
Caulk all joints and seams around trim, fascia, and between stucco and drywall at patio areas to prevent cracking or water entry.
Severe or damaged areas may require extra repair.

6. Masking and Protection
Mask all windows, doors, and walkways, and protect unpainted surfaces, landscaping, and flooring from overspray.

7. Complete Exterior Painting
Apply Dunn Edwards “Evershield” paint to all approved areas, including ext walls, fascia, trim, doors, garage doors, and front fencing.

8. Job Site Cleanup
Perform a final cleanup of all tools, masking, and materials used on-site to leave the property clean and presentable.

Color transitions (light→dark or vice versa) may add cost.
Pop-outs or high-sheen stucco coatings are not in base pricing.
Elastomeric is protective, not cosmetic (replacing wood gives “new” look).
Eaves painted in body color unless otherwise specified.
Warranty Summary:
10-Year Dunn-Edwards EverShield Warranty
Covers peeling/flaking paint applied by BGB (excluding foundations ≤3ft from ground).
Warranty transfers to new homeowner.
Payment Terms:
50% Deposit to start
50% Due upon completion
Credit card fees not included
Validity: Proposal valid for 30 days
